Installed the PC link software, for printing from the tablet, it wouldn't run because it kept saying that it couldn't find Adobe Reader despite the fact that it was installed on the computer. Tried downgrading Adobe from the DC version to Version 10 and it still didn't work. Also tried to email enabling me to print off, did not work.

May we know what's the version of our Adobe Reader? What's the language of your Adobe Reader? And also your Windows system version? -

It is suggested you download Adobe reader 9 English version to have a try. We tested Adobe Reader 9 and can work well. -

Its a high time now you should ask your IT Engineers to add a B/Tooth Option in your Maxisys Table so it can find the printer own its own so we can select the printer directly from the Table and print it direct from the Maxisys Table like any other Android Mobile Phones........... -

Adobe 9 leaves me open to security holes as is an old version. Is there another option? Is this a common problem? -

Sorry our program can't be compatibel with Adobe Reader 10 at present. -

So....everyone who has this system uses Adobe 9 or lower? My security system does not allow me to download Adobe 9.
